NexPro-Link provides ELV requirements review, device-layout design, system planning, equipment selection and project supply within an agreed scope. A bill of quantities (BOQ) records the procurement quantities; a bill of materials (BOM) can describe the equipment and accessories that form an assembly or system. Both need a traceable design basis.

Scope and responsibility
Document the building use, intended functions, assumptions and missing inputs. Agreed outputs may include a device layout, point schedule, network topology and system interface notes. Drawing ownership and approval responsibility are identified for the project.
Prepare proposed models, configurations, port/PoE budgets, fiber and copper connection planning, and recording/storage assumptions. Server workload, useful capacity, redundancy, network throughput and software requirements are reviewed where applicable.
Prepare a BOQ/BOM, accessories and license scope, alternative/deviation notes, technical data and a quotation. Upgrade projects can include retain/replace/add schedules and proposed supply or migration phases tied to the permitted work windows.
Site surveys, installation, local statutory approvals and final construction confirmation remain with the appointed qualified project parties unless explicitly agreed otherwise. Specialist electrical, fire, BMS or elevator interfaces need the responsible specialist. Design fees, support scope, warranty and delivery terms are confirmed for the assignment; global site installation or free design is not assumed.
