Power is planned separately: site electrical supply → agreed UPS / distribution → selected critical loads. PoE supplies only compatible endpoints within the approved port and switch budget.

Which CCTV products do you manufacture?
Our CCTV range includes IP cameras, PTZ cameras and network video recorders. Browse the current model pages for specifications and available documents; the selected model and order requirements determine the final configuration.
What OEM and ODM customization can you provide?
Brand OEM covers agreed logos, labels, packaging and manuals. Configuration changes depend on the existing product platform. ODM development is assessed against the requested hardware, structure, software and function scope; sample and development milestones are confirmed before production.
Can I request a sample before a bulk order?
Yes. Share the intended application, selected or reference model and customization needs. We confirm the sample scope and commercial terms, then use the approved sample and change record as the reference for the bulk order.
What information is needed for an OEM quotation?
Start with product type, target specifications, expected quantity, sales market and branding or configuration needs. A reference product or file helps. You can submit an initial brief even if some technical details are still open.
How are MOQ, development cost and lead time determined?
They depend on the product platform, customization work, testing and approval steps, order quantity and material availability. Sample, development and bulk-order terms are stated in the actual proposal rather than applied as one universal figure.
Can you design an ELV solution from architectural drawings?
Yes. We review the building uses and project goals to develop proposed device positions, architecture, equipment selections and a BOQ within the agreed design scope. Site conditions, final installation design and local approvals are coordinated with the appointed project teams.
Can you work with an existing device layout or BOQ?
Yes. We can review device roles, connectivity, power and configuration from a point layout, or match a BOQ to models and identify accessories, licenses, alternatives and missing assumptions. We keep clarifications visible in the proposal.
Can your CCTV products be combined with partner-brand equipment?
Yes, when the selected models, interfaces and software support the required functions. Camera/NVR functions, network capacity, protocols, power and licenses are checked together. A brand logo or connector match alone does not establish compatibility.
Can I source only part of a system?
Yes. You can request selected cameras, recorders, network equipment, cabling, servers, racks or power equipment. Tell us what is already selected or installed so that the offered scope can account for the relevant interfaces.
Can you help with existing-building upgrades?
Yes. We use the existing equipment list, software versions, cable test information and operating constraints to develop retain, replace and add schedules. The proposal can include phased procurement and migration recommendations to suit the available work windows.
Do you provide wholesale pricing and support for local integrators?
We provide wholesale and project procurement quotations for distributors, integrators and project buyers. Our scope can combine equipment, accessories, technical documents and design support. Availability, shipping, warranty and local installation responsibilities are confirmed for the order.
