Standard Warranty

2 Years

All NexPro products are backed by a 2-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Extended Warranty

Up to 5 Years

Extended warranty options are available for enterprise and bulk orders. Contact our sales team for custom service-level agreements.

Warranty Coverage

Parts & Labor

Covers replacement parts and repair labor for manufacturing defects. Does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized modification, or natural disasters.

RMA Process

7-14 Business Days

Submit an RMA request via email or your account manager. Our support team will assess the issue within 24 hours and provide a return label for approved claims.

Out-of-Warranty Repair

Lifetime Support

We offer paid repair services for products beyond their warranty period. Contact support for a quote based on your model and issue.

DOA Policy

30 Days

Products that arrive dead-on-arrival (DOA) can be replaced within 30 days of delivery. Please inspect all items upon receipt and report issues immediately.

Important Notes

  • Warranty is valid from the date of purchase. Please keep your invoice or order confirmation.
  • Warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser only.
  • International customers may be responsible for return shipping costs; contact your regional distributor for local support.
  • Firmware updates are free for the lifetime of the product and do not affect warranty status.
